RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


Due to the seasonal nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We offer a replacement or refund only if:


  • Your item arrives damaged or defective, or
  • You receive the wrong item



To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.


Change of Mind & Seasonal Items


  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind
  • We do not offer refunds for items arriving after Christmas due to shipping or carrier delays
  • All delivery timeframes provided are estimates, not guarantees



Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.


Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking. Delays caused by postal services, customs, or peak seasonal demand are outside of our control.
